Phone Orders: If you wish to order by phone please call 1-800-210-5330, Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. We will not accept orders that are left on the answering machine.

Order Confirmation: To receive an order confirmation please contact us at 1-800-210-5330 or email us at mapmaniac8@aol.com and let us know. Your order will be shipped as soon as possible after your credit card has approved the charge.

Shipping: All orders will be shipped Priority Mail. For special mailing instructions or requests, including express delivery, please contact us during business hours (Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time).

Guarantee: If you receive the wrong product or damaged merchandise, please return the product within 7 days with the original receipt and packaging and we will gladly replace it or refund your money. All returns must be given a return authorization number by us before being shipped back. Please call us at 1-800-210-5330 between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time Monday thru Friday. Shipping charges are non refundable.
